Founder

Prof. Khalid Matalka, the founder of MSW, is a professional Immunobiologist and professor with more than 25 years of experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Cancer Therapy and Immunology from Ohio State University, MSs, and BSc in Clinical Laboratory Sciences. Following his Ph.D., Dr. Matalka had a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Harvard Medical School.

Prof. Matalka has developed a breadth and depth of knowledge in Immunology, Cancer Therapy, Pharmacology, Ethnopharmacology, and Clinical Diagnostics while working in the industry, academia and clinical diagnostic set up, which is a unique combination! He has developed several immunoassays, cell-based assays, and designed research studies. Prof. Matalka has authored 63 research and review articles. Besides, he has proofread and facilitated in redesigning many thesis and dissertations for graduate students.

He is a skillful and well-experienced in writing scientific and clinical-related manuscripts, documents for regulatory authorities, common technical document (CTD and eCTD), designing best representations for data, and performing statistical analysis. Besides, Prof. Matalka is an associate editor of BMC Cancer for the past eight years as well as in the editorial board of several peer-reviewed journals.
